With the Ritten cable car between Bozen and Oberbozen, the Rittner railway between Oberbozen and Klobenstein and the networked bus lines to all the villages on the Ritten, you can safely leave your car behind. In only 50 minutes by train & bus from the provincial capital of Bolzano to the summit of the Rittner Horn.

The Cable Car Benalmádena (Teleférico Benalmádena) offers some of the best views of the Costa del Sol and gives visitors the chance to see a live falconry show at the top of the mountain. It's located in Benalmádena, Spain. Opening hours Monday: 11:00 - 17:00 : Tuesday: 11:00 - 17:00.

Take the bus to Bolzano centre, where the Renon cable car is only a 5 minute walk away. Soprabolzano is only a 12 minute cable car ride. Travelled to the Rittner Horn using the cable car, making the most of the Ritten Card that allows one up and down trip per day. It's an easy ride up with great views when you arrive. We were on foot so using the marked trails to have a walk but plenty of others up there enjoying the skiing and sledging trails.
